What Keeps HeartLife’s Heart Beating!
This week-end I am dedicating the posts to you our HeartLife family. It is our prayer that these posts go to bless and encourage the hearts that need it, but we know that there are some out in cyberspace who tune in regularly – in fact I have a report of several hundred hits to this website since its’ inception. For that we’re grateful, but what really encourages our hearts is when someone takes the time to respond to a particular post. Join us this week-end for just a few of the things that You have said, beginning with today’s response from Tisha:

This is so true Maria. I was just sharing a little of your son-in-law’ John’s testimony with a 18 year old young lady who thought her life was difficult and she said to me “I thought that I had it hard but I never had it that hard, I never knew being homeless. I see now I have been blessed”. I think this encouraged her as I shared Jeremiah 29:11 with her “For I know the plans I have for you, plans not for your destruction but to give you a future and a hope.” Like Sister Sandra Camper said, I believe God does indeed bring us through things not just for us but to bless others. Like the song says “Its not about us , its about JESUS.”
And we can’t forget the 2 Responses to “Why Grace is So Amazing! by PASTOR DOUG NEAL”

Great and powerful word, Brother Dondre’, God bless you. My husband’s father was a deadbeat dad and his father before him was as well who ran away from their responsibility as provider and protector but God’s grace allowed him to break the cycle. To become everything his father was not, an awesome husband and father and a role model for my two sons. this is indeed the biggest crisis in our community, FATHERLESSNESS.
