Take A Praise Break! by Neesha Maria Stringfellow
When is the last time you stopped and took a praise break, a moment to reflect on the goodness of God! A moment to set aside everything else going on in your life and just give thanks to God! We all know the common phrase, “when praises go up, blessings come down!” Such a true statement because when you choose to praise God, every other care becomes so small. One of my favorite Psalms is Psalms 150.
Message Translation:
1-6 Hallelujah! Praise God in his holy house of worship,
praise him under the open skies;
Praise him for his acts of power,
praise him for his magnificent greatness;
Praise with a blast on the trumpet,
praise by strumming soft strings;
Praise him with castanets and dance,
praise him with banjo and flute;
Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum,
praise him with fiddles and mandolin.
Let every living, breathing creature praise God!
Hallelujah!
When I think of His goodness and all He’s done for me, when I think of His goodness and how He set me Free,
I can DANCE< DANCE< DANCE
God’s awesome love has never failed us!

What a great idea Neesha, a PRAISE BREAK. There is no God but our God. How great is our God. He alone is worthy of our praise. There is no other name under heaven, whereby men MUST be saved, but the name of JESUS. The name above every name. Our God is an awesome God. He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Thank you for inviting us to join in the praise.
