He Will Do It Again!

A song always comes to mind every time I hear a conversation, statement, or phrase. My husband and children tease me because I will finish there sentence with a song.
A reminder of a song just comes up in my spirit and it causes me to sing.
We all need to learn to sing, and this week has been more challenging than I have seen in a long time, but the HolySpirit reminded me, that He will do it again! I kept hearing the song.. He will do it again….

I remember when I was pregnant with my son; I was full of excitement and expectation about the bundle of joy that was soon to arrive. I had so many questions. I read books about giving birth. I watched videos and I talked to my doctor a lot. I did everything in my power to guard the precious life that was inside me. Well, whether you are aware of it or not, God has deposited a portion of Himself inside of you. You are pregnant with purpose today. God has called you unto Himself and you are fearfully and wonderfully made in His image. It doesn’t matter where you have been or what you have done, God has need of you. It’s time for the Body of Christ to give birth to their full potential in Christ. What does a place of total surrender to God look like well I can say it has many different phases depending on your personal walk with the Lord. It was a place I thought I never would see, a place I thought impossible. In January I was in a meeting (Actually on speaker phone because I was sick @ home) and we talked about many things, including being an effective leader. One thing that God reminded me about was a lesson He gave me years ago and continues to unfold it at each level of leadership in my life. Initially, the lesson was simply the definition of Minister. There were times in my life that people in my circle were clamoring for titles and wanted people to refer to them as minister, elder, missionary, etc, etc. The Lord reminder me then that we are all ministers, for the base definition of minister is servant! read more...

We all know the feeling – we wait and wait – for that day to come – Graduation day – our wedding – the birth of a child – that promotion! Those are the joyous days that we rejoice when that day finally arrives. Then there are those other days – the loss of a loved one to disease – that child leaves home for college – the termination of a job (for whatever reason); these are not joyous days – tho we might have anticipated their arrival, we mourn nonetheless when that day finally comes! read more...
